memoria is a personal diary app with a minimalist look and feel that's focused on your privacy and giving you total control of your data. Unlike other apps that require subscriptions or rely on cloud services, memoria allows you to host your entries locally, ensuring that only you have access to your personal information.

Privacy and security

With memoria, your data is always under your control. The app runs locally on your device, and if you want, you can sync its content with any Couch-DB compatible database. The latter is optional, and in order to sync, you'll need the server address, username, and password.

Add new entries

memoria's interface focuses on simplicity and elegance, allowing you to concentrate on writing new entries directly after opening the app, without encountering ads or other distractions. When you open the app, you'll see the current date, and at the bottom, you'll see the section for adding new entries. You can write about things that happened to you today, or you can describe memories that you want to last a lifetime.

Advanced search

The search feature on memoria allows you to quickly find previous entries by keywords, dates, or tags, making it easy to navigate and retrieve information from your journal. To do so, you'll have to go to the database section, where you can also edit old entries or delete them.
